  1. My child has a medical condition; do I need to tell you?

    Yes, please inform us about any medical condition your child has and if they are taking any routine medication. This information will be stored on our medical record form, and accessible to all our staff. Please also inform us upon arrival.

  2. What should my child bring?

    Please ensure your child brings suitable clothing, a spare set of clothes, a packed lunch, a water bottle, sun cream (in warm weather), and any additional medication they require.

  3. What should my child bring in their lunch?

    At Sancroft Lego Club, we have a strict NO NUT policy. Please do not pack any foods that may contain nuts. Any other food items are acceptable for your child's lunch.

  4. What should my child wear?

    Your child should wear comfortable clothes suitable for running around. They should feel at ease and comfortable in their clothing.

  5. My child left something at the club, what do I do?

    Please contact us at 07951812323, and we will do our best to return the item to you. However, please note that we do not accept responsibility for any lost items. We kindly request that you do not allow your children to bring toys or belongings from home to avoid the risk of loss. Any remaining lost property two months after the club has finished will be donated to a local charity shop.

  6. My child is ill and cannot attend.

    If your child is ill, please inform us via WhatsApp as soon as possible.

  7. How will my child be grouped with other children?

    During each activity, the children will have a choice of activities. We will do our best to group children together with similar ages.

  8. Will my child always be in the same group?

    No, after each activity, we gather as a whole group, and each child can choose their next activity.

  9. What if my child doesn't know anyone at the club?

    No need to worry. Most of the children who start at the club may not know anyone. We are an inclusive club that welcomes everyone. Our activities are suitable for every child, and our staff goes above and beyond to ensure every child feels welcome.

  10. What time should I bring my child?

    Please arrive 5 minutes before your booked session. If you are running late, please inform us as soon as you can.

  11. What time should I collect my child?

    Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your designated collection time and notify us via WhatsApp. Someone will come down with your child. Please note that late collection will result in a penalty of £10 for every 10 minutes you are late.
